Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Dispatch Notification: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs:

  • Free Shipping: All flooring samples qualify for free shipping.
  • Standard Shipping: Shipping costs for full-size products vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. These costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Methods:

  • Guaranteed Speed: We guarantee that our shipping will be faster than ordering from other platforms.
  • Residential Delivery: We offer residential delivery with liftgate service included for all large or heavy orders.
  • Inside Delivery: Inside delivery is available for an additional charge. Please inquire for details and pricing.

Delivery Locations:

  • We ship to addresses within the continental United States, excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.

Inspection Upon Delivery:

  • Customer Responsibility: Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible damage. If any damage is found, please notify the delivery driver and note the damage on the delivery receipt.
  • Reporting Damage During Transit: If any damage is found upon arrival, report it within 2 days with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Delays:

  • Weather and Unforeseen Events: Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Tracking Orders:

  • You can track your order using the tracking information provided in the dispatch confirmation email.

Changes to Orders:

  • Address Changes: If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled without penalty if the cancellation request is made within 12 hours of purchase or before the order is dispatched, whichever comes first.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Responsibility: Dekorman is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
