Dekorman Return Policy for Flooring Products and Underlayment

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging, unused and unaltered.

Process:

  1. Proof of Purchase: Provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection.
  3. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply for opened or used flooring.
  4. Restocking Fee does not apply to underlayment or woven floor mats.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
